Founded in 2013, In a Nutshell Food is a semi-professional, freelance food video channel that inspires and teaches people to cook creatively. I film, write, photograph, and edit high-quality content and code website to share recipes. My fellow food lover and friend, Jessica, and I initially started this as a column in our high school's online journalism website, and it eventually grew into its own website and YouTube channel. We've been invited to present at the National Scholastic Press Association and Columbia Scholastic Press Association to share work and encourage others to pursue creative ventures. Hope you enjoy!
